Q: How do I start listening?
A: Open Tingo and tap the play button on the home screen to start your personalized show. You'll need to enter a username on first use.
Q: Does it support background playback?
A: Yes. Tingo supports background playback and lock screen controls. You can switch to other apps or lock your screen while audio continues playing.
Q: How do I change the host voices?
A: Go to Profile → Voice Settings, where you can choose different voice styles for each host and preview them.
Q: How often is content updated?
A: Daily. A fresh personalized show is available for you each day when you open the app.
Q: No audio is playing. What should I do?
A: Check your device volume and mute switch. If using Bluetooth headphones, make sure they are properly connected. Try restarting the app if the issue persists.
Q: How do I save favorites?
A: Tap the heart icon on the player screen to save the current show. You can view all saved items in the Favorites tab.

Tingo uses the following third-party services for podcast browsing:
- Apple iTunes Search API — Used to search and browse podcast content, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
We do not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all local data at any time by removing the app.
